Commitment to Equality and Diversity

As part of our commitment to Equality and Diversity, we have arranged a series of training sessions for all of our Work Coaches and delivery partners.  This training will be delivered by our specialist delivery partners and will cover the following topics:

• Supporting people from a BME Background
• Supporting women/gender inequality
• Supporting People in Recovery from Addiction – An asset-based approach

We hope to equip all of our Work Coaches with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to become aware of individual challenges which people may face, and the different ways in which they can be supported in their journey Towards Work.

The sessions will take place over January and February.
